Hi Geraldo, I’ve got the regular run now. But on step 3 and 4 is that just the crossing of the arms but not jumping over the rope?
The drills are basically the same, the one focuses on the mechanics of the hands and the step 4 focuses on getting some reps in! :)

How can someone adjust his rope just to his hips and jump like that ? Would hit the head the whole time
It actually would if you keep your hands out wide. However, when pulling your wrists inwards, closer to your hips, it will free a lot of space for the rope to pass through fluently with less energy used.
